Sinhawalokanaya is the latest film that was launched recently with the muhurath ceremony held on board the Jetliner vessel in the Colombo port. This was the first time that a film muhurath ceremony was held on board a vessel.

The film also dubbed as the ‘Cricket Film of 2011’ scripted and directed by Suneth Malinga Lokuhewa will feature a large number of talented artists including Sanath Gunathilaka, Cletus Mendis, Jayalal Rohana, Palitha Silva, G. R. Perera, Gamini Hettiarachchi, Iranganie Serasinghe, Dilhani Ekanayake, Damitha Abeyratne, Kanchana Mendis, Kusum Renu, Maureen Charuni, Kumara Thirimadura and several others including Pubudu Chathuranga, Nehara Peiris, Udayanthi Kulathunga, Menaka Rajapaksa, Ashen Manjula, Kumara Thirimadura and Wasantha Kumarawila who is also the stunt director.

The film will also introduce DeLon Jayasinghe and Raini Charuka Gunathilaka in the lead roles.
